    1. General

    These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations and agreements of MIRÓNE Studio, based in Barcelona, Spain.info@mirone.es

    2. Services

    MIRÓNE Studio provides home staging and furniture rental services. The exact scope, duration and price of each assignment are laid down in a written quotation. A quotation is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.info@mirone.es

    3. Payment

    Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For staging and rental assignments, a deposit may be requested before the start of the work.info@mirone.es

    4. Liability

    MIRÓNE Studio handles all property, furniture and accessories with the greatest care. Our liability is limited to the amount paid out by our insurer in the relevant case, and in any case to the invoice value of the assignment.info@mirone.es

    5. Applicable law

    All agreements are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Barcelona.info@mirone.es
